Job Description Food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and function services Prepare and cook breakfast with consistency and care, offering daily full buffet breakfast for up to 140 guests Interact with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences Maintain high standards of presentation, and cooking techniques Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked Manage prep, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards Foster a positive work environment focused on continuous learning and quality improvement Communicate and collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff
